Investment group M&S Projects hired me to design their new logo. Logo has been created by experimenting with typographic forms of the letters M and S (initials of the founders). The emphasis has been put on the impression of trust and stability. The company operates primarily in two countries as a foreign investor. The letter M consists of two overlapping forms as a symbol of two founders operating in two countries. The vertical lines of the letter M in combination with letter S, form a dollar symbol — more than a suitable mark for an investment group. Subtle 3D effect has been added, so the viewer has no problem to recognize the forms and understands it as a one complex object rather than random overlapping lines. Delicate serif typography also adds to the intended effect. It leaves an impression of solid heritage and balances itself nicely with the geometric style of the logo.
